1. Black Screen
Sometimes you get just a black screen with no prompt for password. This can be caused by different things. Sometimes if you go full screen, then come back to regular size, the screen will be black with no password box. You might also try an alternate browser *see#7. You may need to update your flash player *see#5. Keeping your computer up to date will solve many issues. LEVEL 3 TECH TUNE-UPS COMING SOON!
2. Viewing Archives
Public Videos - Click the link below the viewer, Click the blue PoolActionTVMembers and then select archives.
Premium Videos - This is FREE to premium members. All you have to do is text me for a password, 254-379-2569 You may also purchase a pass for $10 in the store. The password is a download.**videos will not start with adblock on. Turn adblock off, start videos, and then you can re-activate adblock. Premium Video Access
3. Where is my Password to watch LIVE show?
After your payment is confirmed you can retrieve your password one of 2 ways.
a) Wait for the e-mail to arrive with the download link to your password file
b) Go to ORDER STATUS and download your password file there. You WILL need to be registered to use this feature.

4. cCleaner
cCleaner is an easy way to keep your internet history cleaned out and running smooth. Light users can clean weekly. Heavy users should clean daily. This is a FREE program but they do solicit donations.

5. Adobe Flash
Adobe Flash bugs can cause flash to run poorly. If you are having video issues update your flash player. (recommend weekly)

6. Bandwidth Speed Test
As the quality of streams in the U.S. continues to improve, bandwidth needs continue to rise to enjoy these higher quality shows. Test your speed here. Dedicated internet connection should be minimum 1.5mb sec plus (recommended).
7. Alternate Web Browsers
Internet Explorer uses a complicated platform which makes it difficult and expensive for ad-ons or extras to be built for it. We recommend Firefox or Chrome. These both allow you to easily add an ad blocker.

8. Pay Services to Remove Ads
You may also pay an additional fee to eliminate advertisements on Ustream and Justin.tv. It's 3.50 per month for Ustream and 10.00 for Justin
